Rockstar

This is just started. I needed to relax, and knew that concentrating on something like this was the perfect formula. Sure was. Between my breaks for the next few days I'll probably be over here picking at it.

Show Sunday...

The show at Taltree is on Sunday. I got my big epson back from the shop tonight, and the imac G4 should be here tomorrow. Everything else is ready to go, but once that mac arrives, I'll have my work cut out for me until Sunday.

The weather is lookin iffy. Cross your fingers and stay tuned! ; )

Thanks Mexika.

Abu Ghraib abuse photos 'show rape'

At least one picture shows an American soldier apparently raping a female prisoner while another is said to show a male translator raping a male detainee.

Further photographs are said to depict sexual assaults on prisoners with objects including a truncheon, wire and a phosphorescent tube.
Another apparently shows a female prisoner having her clothing forcibly removed to expose her breasts.

Keep wavin those flags Americans. What's it going to take?

To ask IF the government and/or private companies and organizations are manipulating the weather would be misleading and deceptive.
I would assume that it would keep some of the public passive or apathetic while the work continues to go on in plain sight.

Not one, not two... but THREE vaccines.

Deaths After Flu Vaccine Halt Vaccination Program

Reading between the lies.

David Gergen and Alex Jones

I remember when this happened. This is one of the most classic times a liar was caught red handed. The Bohemian Grove meeting is coming up you know.

Wet Dog

Strawberries

Leeks

Compost Cocktail

I think we've watched 30 youtube videos on making compost tea. So we've created our own formula. Mushroom compost, Alaska fish fertilizer, and humus..... aerating for 24 hours. I'll snap a picture when it's finished.

R.I.P.

The old G4 died last week. All I lost were Pan's baby pictures. Won the bid on this puppy. I'm photoshopless until it gets here. The old one needs a proper burial. :(
Still can't believe it's finally dead.

Thought of you.....

THIS IS AWESOME!

I need to check my myspace more often.

Look at what someone was inspired to do with my location.

More than $25,000 has been raised in the first two days of a national billboard campaign to raise awareness of questions surrounding the constitutional eligibility of Barack Obama to serve as president – and the first sign, an electronic one, is already up and online.

Prints for sale.

Art show tomorrow. My placement is inside Chicago's Restaurant & Lounge. Should be interesting. It's either going to go well, or I'm going to wish I had canceled. I'm ready though.

Big show coming up on the 31st. I'm still not ready for that one. At least I know what I'm going to wear...lol.

For all the ConCener's

PLEASE READ ALL THE LYRICS. THIS SONG IS AMAZING.....IMO ! : )
Fits perfectly today.

I been walking a tightrope between fact and fiction
I been wrestling with demons in small bottled prisons
I been talking with sinners who claim to be Christian
I been shouting at leaders who claim to be listening

& the pendulum swings from the left to the right and momentum increases the need for the fight
It’s a moment of blindness in a lifetime of sight
& I am lost somewhere the middle

I saw a president blind to the needs of his people
I saw a camel that passed through the eye of a needle
I saw a group of old men whose money was evil
I saw a cross breaking free from the cage of a steeple
I saw beggars and cripples dying in squalor
I saw a son whose sins had exceeded his father
I saw a nation of sleepers whose dreams were forgotten
& a bushel of apples from a tree that was rotten

& the pendulum swings from the left to the right
as momentum increases the need for the fight
Like a blindfold when its time to walk towards the light
& I am caught somewhere in the middle

I heard the echo of suffering in the valley of laughter
I heard the rumble of earthquakes far under the water
I heard a court jester whose forked tongue was twisted Who told us of dangers that never existed
I heard voices that claimed to be moral and righteous Whose lies and deceit were all dark and contagious
I heard talk of a country that valued its freedom
But when I protested I was arrested and beaten

& the pendulum swings from the left to the right
As momentum increases the weight and the height
But if nobody’s listening, is anyone right?
& I can’t seem to find the key to the riddle

I met a young woman with a baby inside her
I looked but there wasn’t a safe place to hide her
I met an old man with a face like a mirror
He showed me his sadness so I could see clearer

I met an arrogant leader who robs us and cheats us
He pretends that his orders come directly from Jesus
When he sends out our children to strange foreign soil
To kill for our right to monopolize oil

I’m raising my voice ‘gainst the house of derision
That murders our freedom with short-sighted vision
I’ll sing a new song about civilization & the palace of wisdom and the death of a nation

I’ll lift up the veil that’s hiding the holy
& remind all the people that change happens slowly
I’ll scream out a name to the echoes of Heaven
& pray that the world don’t end up where its heading

& the pendulum swings from the left to the right
as momentum decreases the end is in sight
There’s a lunatic handling our future tonight
& I am lost somewhere in the middle

Spies Placed Among Political Activists

Associated Press
According to a published report, both an FBI informant and an undercover Minnesota sheriff's deputy spied on political activists in Iowa City last year before the Republican National Convention in St. Paul, Minn.

The Des Moines Register reports in Sunday's editions that it has obtained confidential FBI documents that show an informant was planted among a group described as an "anarchist collective" that met last year in Iowa City.

According to the documents, the undercover Minnesota deputy was from the Ramsey County Sheriff's Department, and accompanied two Minnesota activists who visited the University of Iowa in April 2008 for a Midwest campus anti-war conference.

Iowa City Police Chief Samuel Hagardine told the Register he was unaware of the FBI informant, but did know about the undercover officer from Minnesota.

This is history repeating...

Broccoli

4 good ones growing. Looks like the pests are starting to have a munch on them also. They got their first spray of garlic last night for protection. We'll have to see how well it works on broccoli. The garlic spray has worked great for everything else. Hopefully the pests will cease and desist from now on.

Neat strategy I just learned. So far so good! : )

Mosquito Barrier

Last year the mosquitoes were awful. We bought enough for our yard and our neighbors for the rest of the summer. Can't wait to use it! It's a shame you can't blog smells, because I'd love to let you smell this stuff! It's super strong and we haven't even taken the seal off yet! :D

I was late for Yeti's birthday. I've been notoriously late all month! (angry face)

DARPA - Silent Talk 'Telepathy' Program

Forget the battlefield radios, the combat PDAs or even infantry hand signals. When the soldiers of the future want to communicate, they’ll read each other’s minds.

At least, that’s the hope of researchers at the Pentagon’s mad-science division Darpa. The agency’s budget for the next fiscal year includes $4 million to start up a program called Silent Talk. The goal is to “allow user- More..to-user communication on the battlefield without the use of vocalized speech through analysis of neural signals.” That’s on top of the $4 million the Army handed out last year to the University of California to investigate the potential for computer-mediated telepathy.

Before being vocalized, speech exists as word-specific neural signals in the mind. Darpa wants to develop technology that would detect these signals of “pre-speech,” analyze them, and then transmit the statement to an intended interlocutor. Darpa plans to use EEG to read the brain waves. It’s a technique they’re also testing in a project to devise mind-reading binoculars that alert soldiers to threats faster the conscious mind can process them.

The project has three major goals, according to Darpa. First, try to map a person’s EEG patterns to his or her individual words. Then, see if those patterns are generalizable — if everyone has similar patterns. Last, “construct a fieldable pre-prototype that would decode the signal and transmit over a limited range.”

The military has been funding a handful of mind-tapping technology recently, and already have monkeys capable of telepathic limb control. Telepathy may also have advantages beyond covert battlefield chatter. Last year, the National Research Council and the Defense Intelligence Agency released a report suggesting that neuroscience might also be useful to “make the enemy obey our commands.” The first step, though, may be getting a grunt to obey his officer’s remotely-transmitted thoughts.

Federal Reserve Cannot Account for $9 Trillion

Shadowy Bilderberg group meet in Greece — and here’s their address

Don’t tell anyone, don’t breathe a word, but the world’s most powerful men are meeting secretly again to save the planet from economic catastrophe. Oh, and their address, should you want to send them your opinions, is: c/o Nafsika Astir Palace Hotel, Apollonos Avenue 40, 16671 Vouliagmeni, Greece.

Bed space is a bit tight there for the next two days while the Bilderberg illuminati hold their private conclave in the five-star Greek hotel. Every year since 1954 a club of about 130 senior or up-and-coming politicians gather at the fireside of a secluded hotel with top bankers and a sprinkling of royalty to discuss burning issues, to trade confidences and just stay abreast of the I-know-something-you-don’t-know circuit.

Robot teacher conducts first class in Tokyo school

Daniel and I got into a nice dispute with the subservient census worker that came to GPS our house the other day. I'll scan in the paper she gave us that everyone is discussing shortly.

Practically ALL the radio shows we listen too have been covering this for weeks, so here is 6 short minutes of Alex Jones talking about it.
I also want to quickly say that I expect Americans, as a people, will give and have given unwitting consent to a globalist plutocratic agenda by means of obedient compliance and complicit involvement.

You've got to be kidding me!

PETA’s Pet Killing Program Set a New Record in 2008

Public Records: PETA Found Adoptive Homes for Less than 1 out of 300 Animals

Animal lovers worldwide now have access to more than a decade’s worth of proof that People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) kills thousands of defenseless pets at its Norfolk, Virginia headquarters. Since 1998, PETA has opted to “put down” 21,339 adoptable dogs, cats, puppies, and kittens instead of finding homes for them.

PETA’s “Animal Record” report for 2008, filed with the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, shows that the animal rights group killed 95 percent of the dogs and cats in its care last year. During all of 2008, PETA found adoptive homes for just seven pets.

Sing and I will hear you.... no matter where you are.

SUNDAY!!!

So we woke up late this morning and Daniel said he felt like going for a cruise. I thought that meant that we'd be back in an hour or so, so I said alright. Before we all hopped in the car, he grabbed the map and kept me in the dark on where we were headed. As I took note of the direction, I started to narrow down the destinations and eventually figured it out. Tippecanoe River State Park is where we ended up and spent the day. Had a blast, and of course thought of you periodically during our wonderful exploration! ; )

American acclimation.... at it's finest!

spot the jeep?

Me : Here, let me get the mosquito icky off your forehead love.
Daniel : No, leave it.... let it be the lesson for the others.

LOL!!

Deer tracks. Lots of fresh ones.

Pan's going to be a swimmer before we know it! He doesn't go in far enough where he can't touch the ground and has to paddle..... but we think if it were ten degrees hotter he would.... or if he had more time. He absolutely loves to play in the water though. We love our swimmin dog, and we hate state park and public leash policies! : (
He's a very good boy though!

Did I tell you that I thought of you? : ) It's worth saying it again. Was beautiful there... wish you could have seen it.
