These excerpts from a 30-minute video released by the Tazewell County Sheriff's Department on Tuesday show inmate Becky Behm, who was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving Oct. 17 in Creve Coeur, in a segregation
cell in the Tazewell County Jail a few hours after her arrest. Tazewell County Sheriff Bob Huston attempted to have two correctional officers seen on the footage terminated for using excessive force.
