On a whim, Daniel's mom and brother came out Saturday afternoon
from the north side of Chicago. Daniel's brother stayed overnight and then his mom and a friend came back for dinner and a walk around town before they went back. It was a great weekend.



Daniel and his brother cut down the dead magnolia in the front yard.
That tree was so amazing. I thought of you.









My mom is even beautiful when she's blurry and out of focus! ; )



















































My mom informed me tonight
that it was our family that
built the Masonic Lodge and
the two wings of the court
house. Fascinating.
