It was super dead tonight. We could have easily counted all the people that showed up! Folks were saying that it was due to a play and a dance going on in town also. On top of that, the brochure didn't list the artists names this month, just locations. (that's very important!) Still sold three prints though.

Crunch Time

Five days till the art show, and I'm NOT READY!
I should probably stay off the web till I'm
all set to go. Either way... I will be sitting
here freaking out till everything is finished.

Symbolically Mystified!

Oh yea, I forgot to tell ya! Last night, (on my birthday) I mysteriously re-found my necklace! It was taken off me for the first time in years on September 28th when I was in the hospital. I pleaded the importance of it going to a safe place so not to be lost.... but sure enough, no one remembered where it was when I came home. Low and behold... it found me yesterday! It's nice to be reunited with it. I put it back on immediately! Happy 420! : )

The Dog Park!

We spent the day at a really big, very nice dog park. Because it was perfect outside, there were lots of dogs! Sorry I didn't get more pictures of pan having a blast. We were having too good of a time! :)

Pan is big enough now to ride in the jeep with his head out the sunroof. He loves it.


He is biting his lips in this picture to keep them from flailing in the wind! LOL

We started celebrating my birthday on Saturday instead of Sunday
because serious April showers were in the forecast! The family
got me this wonderful hammock to maximize outside goodness and a
fantastic bottle of Chianti.

Good Morning!

60 Set

These are Staedtler Karat Aquarells.
My grandpa bought them for me in 1997. I've
kept them with me, and tried not to use them.
They are 3 times as expensive as Prismacolors, and
unbelievably delicious to apply pressure to. I have
experimented with them from time to time, but try
not to waste them. Just started a drawing that I'm
deciding to use them for. It's going alright. Bottom
line being that these are some special pencils! ; )
